A highly technical and physically gifted striker, Mupier has set his sights on contributing to the long and robust history of the DC United side. In fact, today during his first start for DC (a reserve team match versus FC Dallas), Mupier played a full-90 minutes at striker for and registered a goal in the side's 2-1 defeat of FC Dallas. The second half goal from Mupier was borne from a well placed ball across the goal mouth which Mupier calmly nodded past the lunging goal keeper on the far-post.

Jeremiah White Leads AGF to Promotion back to Danish Superliga:

American, Jeremiah White, departed FC Gueugnon of the French second league over the winter to join AGF Aarhus of Denmark on a free transfer. While not having been previously exposed to Danish football, White was introduced to the side as critical piece in their promotion efforts and was immediately inserted into the starting lineup at right wing. AGF is considered one of Denmark's most elite professional sides and had enjoyed the longest run in the top flight of any team in the country until relegation last year. Further, they are five-time SAS Ligaen champions and have won the Danish Cup on nine different occasions. Thanks to White and the AGF troop, the 2006-2007 period now represents a mere hiccup in the Club's distinguished history as the team staked claim to promotion back to the Superliga over the past weekend. National Sports Group LLC spent a week-long blitz touring Germany and Denmark to attend professional matches, scout prospective players and to visit current National Sports Group clients at their home clubs. Both Rob Feigenson and Eddie Davidson made the trip to attend training sessions and matches for Joe Zewe of Viborg FF and Jeremiah White of AGF Aarhus. They were also extended an open invitation for meetings with seventeen professional clubs, managers and scouts to strengthen relationships overseas. The trip included meetings with professional sides in the Danish SAS Superliga and Viasat Sport Division, as well as top professional clubs in the German First and Second Bundesliga, and also a select group in the German Regionaliga. In all, National Sports Group met with fourteen clubs in eleven different cities throughout two countries over a one week long tour.

The UNCAF cup is the championship tournament for Central American national teams. Cabrera put his head on the backend of a corner kick early in the first half in the Cuscatlan stadium and put his team up for he match. Joe Zewe, National Sports Group client, registered with Viborg FF of Denmark's top flight SAS Ligaen, has been invited to train with FC St. Pauli of the German Regionaliga Nord for a 3-day impression beginning Monday, January 8, 2007. Zewe, 23, joined Viborg FF over the summer transfer window and featured in four SAS Ligaen matches at the beginning of the season prior to the resignation of then head coach, Ove Christensen. He has not seen any minutes of action with the first team since Christensen's departure but remains under contract through June 2007. Zewe will spend three days with the Hamburg side so that both the Club and the player can make their introductions and then he will return to Viborg to begin preparations with the squad for the second half of the SAS Ligaen. He will be there through March 2007 upon which he will return to Miami FC for the 2007 USL campaign. Fraser will join the Club during Rio's State Competition, Campeonato Carioca, which includes opponents such as Vasco de Gama, Fluminense and Flamengo. Miami FC arranged the loan agreement with Boavista after the Brazilian club requested a strong, creative midfielder to add spark to the side's attack ahead of the winter-long tournament against perennial Rio super-clubs. Fraser is scheduled to arrive in Rio on December 15, 2006 and will report directly to Boavista Sport Club to prepare for the Campeonato.

Charleston Battery Forward, Luc Harrington, finished off a deadly strike against FC Dallas of Major League Soccer in an important US Soccer Open Cup fourth round match up. The nation-wide tournament pits amateur, semi-professional and professional teams against one another for the title. The Battery, a United States Soccer League - Division One side, faced FC Dallas in a single elimination game, in which Harrington finished off what looked to be the game winning over time goal in the 114th minute. The goal came off service from the right flank deep in the Battery's attacking end. Harrington calmly one-time volleyed the service past the FC Dallas Goal Keeper in full-stride.
